Places to visit in the Cinque Terre
The Cinque Terre is a very beautiful National Park in Italy. Everything here is made for tourists, so you should not be afraid of any difficulties while travelling. It would be sufficient, if you have familiarized yourself with this region on our website.
Main tourist attractions:
- Five very beautiful, vividly coloured villages situated on cliffs overlooking the sea.
- Hundreds of walking trails passing through the virgin landscape with very beautiful nature and breath-taking scenery.
- Old castles, walls and other ancient structures.
- Plenty of small beaches fitting every taste, including wild and hard-to-reach ones.
We have created one dedicated page for every village with details about all their attractions. For more details, click on the link below.
Then it will be up to you to decide what interests you the most, and what you manage to visit. So as to visit the entire Cinque Terre (walking only on the main hiking trails) and Portovenere ideally you will need three days without taking into account the sea.
But in regard to evening/night life, unfortunately, there is not much in the Cinque Terre’s villages; still you can visit La Spezia (or, even better, Santa Margherita Ligure) where during late evenings lot of tourists and local residents can be seen in the town centre.
